COMPULSORY - Play & Stay package:

- transfer from Batam ferry terminal to hotel

- Welcome / Pro-Am Dinner on Sun 22 Feb

for Non-ASEAN countries - currently SG$ 25

for less than 1 week and SG$ 50 for longer

Non-member’s of the AST (with the exception of country exemptions) will be required to pay an extra SG$ 250 surcharge

Entry fees are accepted in US$, SG$ and or IDR from HCE country exemptions ONLY please note AST conversion rates apply which are not the same as online or bank rates - AST also reserves the right to pay

AST Members

Single Occupancy = SG$ 800 nett

SG$ 1,150 - less (deducting) SG$ 350 last place prize money = SG$ 800 nett

Non-Members pay SG$ 1,050

AST Members

Twin Sharing with golfer = SG$ 650 nett

SG$ 1,000 per golfer - less SG$ 350 last place prize money = SG$ 650 nett each

Twin Sharing package / option is only available to members of the AST

AST Members

Twin Share with non-golfer - SG$ 950 nett

SG$ 1,300 per golfer - less SG$ 350 last place prize money = SG$ 950 nett

Non-Members pay SG$ 1,200

- non-golfer entitled to same F&B benefits as golfer

Entry fees from professionals can be in US$ or SG$ note AST conversion rates will apply which are not the same as online or bank rates and that AST also reserves the right to pay winners in full and or part in the currency in which their entry fees were paid.

Indonesia - Host Country Exemption (HCE)

SG$ 900 - less SG$ 350 = SG$ 550 nett

SG$ 550 @ US$ 405 @ IDR 6,650,000 

- applicable only to members of the PGA of Indonesia & Indonesian Nationals

- AST members who are legal residents of Indonesia

- excludes hotel, ferry ticket and land transfers

Entry fees from professionals who qualify for HCE status are accepted in US$, SG$ and or IDR.

Note AST conversion rates will apply which are not the same as online or bank rates and that AST also reserves the right to pay winners in full and or part in the currency in which their entry fees were paid. 

Minimum –SG$ 20,000 – prize money breakdown (min 28 professionals)

PRO's last place (guaranteed prize money) SG$ 350 is deducted from the cost of the all-inclusive play & stay package / entry fee at registration

  1st - SG$ 3,950

  2nd - SG$ 2,950

  3rd - SG$ 1,950

  4th - SG$ 1,650

  5th - SG$ 1,450

  6th - SG$ 1,250

  7th - SG$ 850

  8th - SG$ 650

  9th - SG$ 450

10th - onwards SG$ 350 

- last place guaranteed prize money deduction is applied to all professional entry fees at registration

- this is deducted from the cost of your all inclusive play & stay entry fee package

- no other deductions or with-holding taxes will be imposed 

NOTE if you place 9th or better the SG$ 350 last place prize money already applied at registration will be deducted from the prize funds you would be entitled to receive

NOTE  - a condition of entry for professionals who place 1st, 2nd or 3rd and who are NOT members of the AST will be required to join the tour.

If they entered paying the SG$ 250 non-members surcharge this amount will be deducted from their joining fee.

It will cost US$ 790 to join the AST - comprises

US$ 395 joining fee and US$ 395 annual fees through to end Dec 2026

US$ 395 to renew membership until end Dec 2026

Amateurs / Pro Qualifier (Q School) during

Closing Date for 16th ASM @ Batam 2026 entries is on Fri 6 Feb 2026  at 17.000hrs (Singapore Time) or when a field of 60 participants has been realised, there after subject to the managements discretion a SG$ 100 surcharge will apply to all entries received that might be accepted by the AST
