Present and past members of any recognised PGA or Tour are NOT required to under go the AST's qualifying school and are automatically entitled to join the AST provided they are at least 50 years old

AST Q School is open to male golfers who have attained the aged of 49 years or older

In order to qualify and pass the successful AST Q School candidate must return a 2 day / 36 hole score of no more than 15 over par. 

In the unfortunate event that an AST Q School candidate might fail to return the required score, they may go on to re-take Q School during during any of the various ASM professional tournaments and AST Q Schools to be staged during 2019.

Successful AST Qualifying School candidates who have attained 50 years of age, and having paid their fees to join the AST / Asian Seniors PGA Tour, will automatically become eligible to contest any and all ASM tournaments to be staged during 2019 including the AST's Tour Players Championship 2018 to be staged in March 2019 where the Champion will secure a place to represent the Asian Seniors Tour at the US$ 2 million purse Insperity Invitational 2019 playing in the USA in a Champions Tour event.

AST's 2018 TPC Champion to play in the US$ 2 million + purse 12th Insperity Invitational 2019 at the Woodlands CC, Houston, Texas on the Champions Tour - Mon 29 Apr to Sun 5 May

Leading players from the AST's Spring Season 2019 will also secure places to play in the;

7th AST & APCT Australian Senior Masters (Perth) 2019 to be staged in conjunction with the 2019 Wembley Legends @ Australia (Perth, WA) an AST co-sanctioned tournament with Australian Legends PGA.

- incorporating the Ron Hendrie Memorial Trophy

- AST have 20 places in the 60 field - 2 day - no cut event

Please note that it will cost a non-member between US$ 200 and US$ 350 extra to register and play in an ASM event depending upon the prize money on offer, so it does make sense to join the AST

The (CE) status applies to Nationals, Legal Residents and members of the PGA of the host county, senior professional golfers who have reached 50 years of age prior to the 1st day of an ASM tournament can apply and if approved enter under (CE) Status to play in an ASM event, depending upon the country in which the event is staged, however please note that as a general rule if a participant does not qualify (CE) status it will cost a non-member between US$ 200 and US$ 350 extra to register and play in an ASM event depending upon the prize money on offer, so it does make sense to join the AST....

ALL PROFESSIONALS are entitled to last place prize money deduction which ranges from between US$ 200 and US$ 350 (depending upon the size of the purse / prize money offered at each event) that will be offset against the full cost of their tournament entry fees / play and stay packages - which are payable upon registration.

SUPER SENIOR professionals can elect to contest and play in an ASM tournament from the -

Blue Tee Boxes

- so as to qualify for the SENIOR main purse 

- as well as the SUPER SENIOR purse provided he has contributed to the purse

WHITE Tee Boxes

- so at to qualify ONLY for the SUPER SENIOR purse

- discounted 1 time joining / re-joining fee - US$ 150 

- 2019 annual membership fees - US$ 350 

- successful Q School candidates 

- past ASM tournament participants 

- past / lapsed AST members 

- current or lapsed APCT members 

- current or past members of any recognized PGA and or Tour

VETERAN professionals can elect to contest and play in an ASM tournament from the -

Blue Tee Boxes

- so as to qualify for the SENIOR main purse 

- as well as the SUPER SENIOR purse provided he has contributed to the purse

- as well as the VETERANS purse provided he has contributed to the purse

WHITE Tee Boxes

- so at to qualify for the SUPER SENIOR purse provided he has contributed to the purse

- as well as the VETERANS purse provided he has contributed to the purse

RED Tee Boxes

- so as to qualify ONLY for the VETERANS purse provided he has contributed to the purse

AST events unless otherwise specified do not involve a CUT and all registered SENIOR professionals including the SUPER SENIOR and VETERANS division participants are entitled to last place prize money, which is deducted from the cost of their entry fees / play and stay package during registration.

Provided there are at least 3 registered participants playing in the SUPER SENIOR and or VETERANS divisions, then a separate prize purse will be raised for each division.

Provided a professional has attained the appropriate age to have first qualified to participate and therefore entitled to compete for either or both the SUPER SENIOR and VETERAN division prize purses, the professional is first required to have contributed SG$ 100 in cash towards the appropriate division's purse.

The AST will in turn contribute to these purses at the rate of SG$ 50 per participant to increase the final prize purses raised by the participants for both the SUPER SENIOR and VETERAN division.

You can make payment for your Q School and tournament entry fees via Singapore $ by cheque made out to ASM Golf (S) Pte Ltd, by interbank wire transfer or by credit card (AMEX only) and for AST members ONLY (having made prior arrangement with Evelyn) via Master and or VISA card during registration.
