3rd ASM Jakarta 2023 @ Imperial Klub Golf

AST Members - 3 nights / 4 days / 4 rounds of golf - Play & Stay package includes:

- US$ 200 tournament entry fee - 1 goodie bag

- 4 rounds of golf - green, buggy & caddy fees & on course refreshments

- Pro-Am / practice round on Mon 2 Oct - lunch & dinner

- 3 X lunch @ golf club on Tue 3 through Thu 5 Oct

Hotel Accommodation:

- 3 nights at Aryaduta Hotel - Lippo Village - includes daily breakfast

- extra night @ Aryaduta - US$ 59 @ IDR 900,000 - includes breakfast

AST member's package excludes Indonesia VISA on arrival

Non-Members pay extra US$ 200 - surcharge

surcharge waived for members of the Indonesian PGA

AST Members - Single Occupancy

US$ 950 - less (deducting) US$ 250 last place prize money = US$ 700

AST - Twin Sharing with another Pro or accompanying Amateur golfer

US$ 850 per golfer - less US$ 250 last place prize money = US$ 600 per golfer

AST - Twin Sharing with spouse / caddy / non-golfing companion

US$ 1,150 - less US$ 250 last place prize money = US$ 900

- non-golfer is entitled to the same F&B & transport benefits as golfing participants

Members of PGA of Indonesia

US$ 750 - US$ 250 last place prize money = US$ 500 @ IDR  7,600,000

- members of the PGA of Indonesia, Indonesian Nationals and or a member of a PGA and or Tour and or professional golfers with legal Indonesian residential status ONLY - not a tourist VISA!!

- excludes hotel accommodation and land transfers

  4th - $ 1,400

  5th - $ 1,200 

  6th - $ 1,000

  7th - $ 900

  8th - $ 800 

  9th - $ 700

10th - $ 600

11th - $ 400

12th - onwards US$ 250

- last place guaranteed prize money deduction is applies to all pros at registration

- this is deducted from the cost of your - all inclusive play & stay entry fee package 

- if you place 11th or better, last place prize money will be deducted from funds won

- no additional deductions or with-holding taxes are imposed at AST events

Amateur Golfers / PRO Qualifier

Single Occupancy - US$ 950

Indonesia Nationals / Host Country Exemption – (subsidized)

- 4 day / 4 rounds golf - Pro-Am & 3 day event – IDR 11,500,000 @ US$ 750

Amateur Golfers - No Hotel Accommodation or Transportation

- 4 day package - Pro-Am / practice round and 3 day tournament - US$ 800

- 3 day package - Pro-Am and 1st & 2nd Day of ASM tournament - US$ 650

- 2 day package - Pro-Am and 1st Day of ASM tournament - US$ 500

- 1 day package - Pro-Am - US$ 350

AST Q School Play & Stay package - US$ 800 - single occupancy

- 2 nights / 3 days / 3 rounds of golf - includes;

- US$150 Q School entry fee, all green, buggy & caddy fees

- 2 night’s at Aryaduta Lippo Village – Tue 26 & Wed 27 Sep

- breakfast at hotel - buggy transfers between golf club & hotel

- 3 rounds of golf @ Imperial GC

- individual buggy and caddy - on course refreshments & lunch each day

Closing Date for the 3rd ASM Jakarta 2023 is on Fri 22 Sep 2023 at 17.000hrs (Singapore Time) or when a professional field of 40 has been achieved, there after a US$ 100 surcharge will apply to all entries received that might be accepted by the AST
